Notes:

• large filesize to maintain grain from the source
• applied AA and debanding to select scenes
• added zones to debanded and other select scenes in need of more bitrate
• resampled and synced Dekinai subtitles

• updated new extended cut dialog using the USBD retail sub script from the Russian 'guesslation' used by Dekinai
• adjusted timing for fantasy language in the signs track to accommodate for liberties taken in the dub which don't match up exactly to the dialog in the subbed version
• added typsetting to a few signs left out in the source subtitles
• change all references of "Oct" to Octobrists to be consistent across the series with dub and sub.

META: I've chosen not to bundle karios' release of the 2017 OVAs (unaired Episode 13+14), because he himself noted that it was still v0 and was in need of much better subs translation-wise-- not to mention the inclusion of an English dub. It didn't feel right to bundle it with this complete season. With that said, he's been MIA for quite a while, so I wouldn't hold your breath. If there is significant demand, I will consider uploading the aforementioned OVAs.
