Though we were able to track down the very source of @heitu's iteration, we are absolute amateurs in this realm.
That said, we wanted to play our part in this long awaited release by distributing the source of the previously transcoded releases for the experienced to work their magic.

You probably didn't realize this, but the files you muxed together into one had subtitles, but when you combined them the subs for the second and third files were lost, so the subs stop after about 53 minutes.

yeah there were both japanese and english softsubs, the tracks for the first part of the raws managed to make it in when you combined them so it seems safe to assume the other parts originally had them.
