In the first episode the "Dyciphine Barrier" is supposed to be the "Die Spinne Barrier", as it's a reference to the Nazi organisation Die Spinne, an organisation which supposedly helped Nazi war criminals escape to countries in South America, as well as smuggled confidential documents and materials out of the country to safeguard them as well.
