The encode is actually good. The loss is mainly the background wood textures which became blurrier. Other than that. its pretty well done.

Thanks! Yep, the textures became less detailed, specially in the background, like you point out. Could've perhaps increased the size to 5-6GB, but I think that would defeat the purpose of HEVC.
