does anyone know where i can get better subs than the vob subs included the are not very pleasing to the eye

Could someone please make a re-encode of this at a lower size while retaining most of the quality? 2DSamurai did a pretty good job of this, except the OPs EDs and NEPs were missing from every ep

I'm sorry, but I don't know what FUNi x Zima means.
I have the Toei remasters of all the movies that were released in 2018-19. But they are in 16:9 and these are 4:3. Also, these openings look way better than those in the remasters.

ok i currently have offical funi DB singles on my 2tb HDD and i only have 250 gb left of space, my ? is should i replace those with this project and is it any know errors with this project besides the episodes mentioned above. i would hate to take the time out 2 download and seed if the project has major issues. thanks in advance!

update on this project, ep. 55 and 56 jp audio is indeed choppy. I check ep 54 and 57 both are fine so the problem is only with 55 and 56 (use the link above for ep replacement), while checking 54 and 57 i came to notice that also the subtitles for the OP song ends with ep 54 so from what i've got is after ep 54 subtitles for Op song stop 55 to 57 dont have subtitles idk about after 57 have not got that far just wanted to check ep listed above first. I will be doing an review of all ep starting 6-13-2020 and i will post anything thats not right here it should take 2 weeks at max! THIS WILL BE DONE WITH JP AUDIO FIRST

ep. 31 is good but NEP subs are missing find a replacement for that. taking a break will start ep. 32 later tonight.

while looking threw nyaa last night i seen that ep.31 to ep 71 NEP subtitles were not completed or something, idk know how true this is but i got up to ep 33 last night and no NEP subs same for 32 havent check after that i just started searching for subs and came across these https://nyaa.si/view/1202320 I did a test run whith ep. 31 adding the ep. 31 srt.subs threw dvdfab and it in fact works with this project. NEP subs are here and clear, timing is spot on so if you want you could add subs in your self with link above.

E26 has a bunch of combing artifacts, is that just how the disc is authored?

@djc5166 - Yes, that is how the DVD is authored. And episode 41 also shares the same issue, unfortunately. Although in both cases it is actually only the "B" part of the episode which has the issue.

I just finished doing my best to correct these issues for episode 26, which you can find here, https://nyaa.si/view/1278320

I plan to do the same for episode 41 (and eventually release all the episodes with other non-video tweaks) but it took quite a bit of time to get a result I was satisfied with for episode 26, so I wouldn't expect anything remotely soon.
