OMG the same author as Mitsuboshi Colors must watch this season like the previous Spring one is full of short series

How can they cut budget on something as awesome as One Punch Man, it's like they want to make sure to fuck it up.

Actually the original OPM was made with a fairly standard budget.
The budget wasn't cut, the anime was simply transferred over to a different studio.
And while the original studio had really talented animators, they also hired external renowned animators from other studios to help animate some of the action scenes.
I don't think they put that kind of effort into S2...

Definitely justifiable to be skeptical of J.C. Staff right now, too. But OPM will be OPM
