I knew that FUNimation had subtitled the GT FEP (as I had seen it myself) but couldn't find it anywhere online, turns out it played after the final episode of DBZ on the US Dragon Box Z (thanks to correvlr for making me double check as I thought that was considered an extra than merged with an episode altogether).
