This is the most common release available of Blue Water's Dragon Ball dub which the audio is salvageable but it's missing two episodes. There's a much better release by [ManifestX] but still stuck at 32.6% so hopefully a seeder will show up.

You never know with torrents.

@Super_Saiyan_Lusitano; Where did you find the ManisfestX torrent if you don't mind sharing? I've heard about it before but have had no luck tracking down.
