But since my computer is a potato I had to convert the specials (what I was looking for) from x265 to x264 and the resolution from 1080p to 720p.
From the 3 audio tracks only the japanese remains and the subtitles are in english (burned in).
The ratio is 16:9 not 4:3 (not done by me).

The TV-SP1 has been remastered in HD and kept with its original 4:3 AR @ https://nyaa.si/view/1109908
However, TV-SP2 has yet to be announced that [TOEI] they have remastered in high definition as well, I'd bet that they're keeping that out of the spotlight until we get more details of the limited edition DBZ Blu-ray series, a collab by TOEI and FUNimation.
