Central Command denies Hokuto and Commander Izumi from re-entering the underground world, citing the recent upswing in defense and the risk posed to them. Seiryu seeks Suzaku’s assistance in finding a solution, but Suzaku wrestles with what she’s been feeling recently. Honjo might be the only one who can possibly understand her. Meanwhile, Honjo struggles to find the confidence to do what he has to do.
