How do you know there are 4 episodes left? Afaik there haven't been any official source stating 52 will be the final.

The anime is always marketed as episodes 1-26 being the elementary school arc and 27-52 being the middle school arc. No other info about the upcoming arcs were given. Japan seem pretty convinced that it'll be 4-cour too. So unless they say "lol we'll be going on" at the last minute (and given that spring season starts in 3 weeks and we still haven't gotten any info about a new arc, that'd make CT split-cour), it'll end with episode 52. As the first arc was nearing its end, they were hyping the upcoming arc on the official Twitter but there's no word of a continuation for now.

Well, there's a show announced replacing its timeslot in a few weeks, so it's either ending or switching timeslots. The former is more likely.
