Description
Orphan presents a new version of the 1991 OVA Tsuki ga Noboru made ni (By the TIme the Moon Rises). Based on a laserdisc encode by Piyo Piyo Productions. (The first release was based on a VHS rip.) See the blog entry for more information. Highly recommended.

This OVA has so much heart, thank you for all the hard work that went into this release.
I added an RSS for your releases to a seedbox to seed for 3 weeks. I'm downloading everything else you've release to seed for a bit, but some of the things are poorly seeded.
