Adapted from Mizurex33's subtitles (aka it has proper timing and a couple of typos have been fixed) and a better quality video, now with no hardcoded subtitles or gratuitous Japanese! If there's any demand for a higher quality version of these subtitles I'll keep going.

Video source? Also you don't need to overlap the subs if you don't want. You can write it above the original sub.

Since the original broadcast has those damn hard coded subtitles, putting subs above takes up WAY too much of the screen, it's unwatchable. I think below looks terrible, but if people really want that I can add a second subtitle track with them trailing along the bottom of the screen.
