I don't know if there's a more permanent way, but what I've been doing is using VLC's subtitle menu to "add subtitle".

Yeah I use VLC and just add the subtitle file, you can actually add it by just dragging the file into vlc while it's playing the video and it will auto select it.

Great subs as usual but at 13:29 when Bucciarati begins to say "Sticky-" it hasn't been corrected and still says "Zipper-"
