If you don't care about dual audio, just get the regular neko-kBaraka release: my understanding is that aside from the audio/sub tracks this one adds, it's identical.
This is ITH's release, formerly available on Kametsu; the individual file contents should be untouched from that release.
At the time of upload, I knew neither the format of the original filenames nor where to find them. This has since changed, but I'm not convinced it warrants a reupload.

If you're not too concerned about 2-3 dozen gigs of space, the signs/songs are gonna be substantially better on this one. On the other hand, if you're watching the dub, it won't matter too much.
@SomaHeir English dub is the best way to watch Anime If you don't know Japanese.
