Episode 40 is damaged. I have tried playing on MPC-HC, GomPlayer and VLCplayer.

Same with the rest of the episodes (40-44), they are all damaged.

They weren't damaged. Apparently herkz updated x264 and that update screwed things over backward-compatibility-wise.

After updating my codec pack everything played as intended.
