That episode has a bunch of very grainy parts, which caused their video size to skyrocket.

The Set 6 blu-rays, according to Amazon, are scheduled for release on August 13th. Not including the time needed to prep the set to be ready to download.
It looks like there may be another set after that one, as well. So, if the current release trend continues, early 2020 for those.
