Thanks for this, per episode there are slight changes differentiating it from the broadcasted version as well as some added scenes not shown on the broadcasted version as well which makes this a worth it watch if you are craving for more Violet Evergarden until the Side Story and the 2020 Film comes out.

EDIT: Also the Special Episode is numbered as Episode 4.5 here, so its there.

EDIT 2: I'm going to recommend everyone to keep both the Broadcasted version and the Bluray version. Both has its own charms and differences which you can't find from the two on the same content.

EDIT 3: Its most likely the reason why this doesn't have the English Dub included cause of the added and edited scenes different from the broadcasted version. Also I've noticed that KyoAni also improved the sound effects to the tiniest details possible which is amazing.
