I disagree it's great. It has the same visual glitches as some other releases out there, especially in the opening.

And both LostYears and DameDesuYo has just copy/pasted Crunchyrolls translation from Horriblesubs and claimed it as their own, so this release is just Crunchyroll/Horriblesubs trash.
No reason to get this shit.
Better wait for REAL translation from a group that does their own proper original translation and not use the over-americanized trash that is Crunchy.

What Makosipper said is nonsense. There's no visual glitches; neither in the episodes, nor in the opening! Image quality is great! Download and see for yourself.
Can't say anything about the subs, though, as I watched with the English dub; but the subs in the opening and ending are great!
This is the only torrent that I found of season 3 part 1 in 1080p and with dual audio. Fortunately it's great!

It's because they are the subs for the Japanese audio. The subs for the English audio (text and songs) are labelled "English".
