Holy shit! It's been over one year since the last release... Time sure flies, but we've finally managed to finish the show!
As you can see the first six have been v2'd. These are mostly timing tweaks done by a cloud of ninjas. Without those clouds the show wouldn't have been finished in a long time!
Also included are the three OST.

The source for ep 1-13 is Crunchyroll. Mostly fixed timing.
