Funny fact:

Non-english translated = doesn't has neither english sub or dub.
Non-english translated != doesn't mean actually has english dub/sub but not default.

Releases that are not aimed at English-speaking audiences, i.e. do not have their English audio or subtitle tracks set as default, are not to be put in the English-translated category.

The rationale for this is simple: English-translated releases get more traction, so some Non-English sub groups started including an English track from god knows where just to put themselves into the English-translated category. This is obviously not what people seeking out English-translated releases are looking for.

Also, if you see another fansub group breaking this rule, you are more than welcome to report it to us.
