So close, you got nearly all the errors, but "What ails you onee-sama" is still used when Kuroko leaves Mikoto, which is definitely not a farewell. It looks like you got every other typo or questionable localization though, top notch stuff.

Please bring back the honorifics for next episodes too. In CR version students addressing each other per Mr./Mrs., it's just stupid.
