Hello watchers and fans of Revue Starlight!
The last episode had some troll comments and subs inserted in the video that had some mixed responses so we decided to split them into two separate versions.
This is the version with the troll comments, similar to how they were in the last episode we uploaded. Added by Jshida this time (Flygoniq added the last one).

because making a mkv with both subs in it is too difficult?
Yeah we haven't figured out how yet. Brand new to subbing and got dragged off to vacation, barely got translations done without getting yelled out. Will figure out for next time.

I mean no offense but the video quality kinda looks like shit, which is understandable given it's TBS mpeg2 -> Ohys-Raws x264 -> your encode with x264 @crf22.
Learning to mux the sub track in mkv without re-encoding will make the release a lot better (and faster, since you can skip the encoding step).
If you really want to hardsub (and you shouldn't) at least try not go above crf18 (which can still look pretty awful depending on the source if you don't go the 10bit way, but whatever).
