Japanese audio with English subs are default.
For dub with signs, set your player to ENG audio/ZXX subs.

Episode 1 was a bit rough so it's been anti-aliased. The rest were left as-is.
Uses ordered chapters for both the openings and endings.
Opening 2 only has the 60 frames that are different from opening 1 and it's only used for episode 13, so I only encoded those frames and used ordered chapters to take the rest from opening 1; which saves 130MB.
While Ending 2 is similar in that there's only a small, short difference; that ending used for the entire second half so I kept it whole so VLC fags don't have an interruption in those endings. (VLC will usually have a hitch in a chapter transition, while MPC-HC is seamless) [the real reason is I had already encoded the ending and didn't feel like doing it again to do the chapter thing.]

I have to say I never heard anyone complaining about the quality of the BDs for this show, but then again I haven't really paid attention to it since it aired.
