No, it wasn't incomplete. The problem is that there are just two different torrents. One from volume 1 to 8 and another one for 9-11. If you couldn't find them you simple can't write "Samurai Flamenco" in the search bar. There was just no one complete torrent and almost no seeders. Except for the complete torrent of the 720p version.
