Cerberus is little behind the power curve. This was first posted almost 3 years ago on 19/09/2015. Which means its subbed.
If they had raised the frame rate from 24(23.976) to 30fps or even better 60 fps and left it at 8bit. The video would have the same results and usable on multiple players.
