I don't trust zip files from people I don't know.

@Maxx, totally understandable I wouldn't trust it as well, but you can’t get a virus just by double clicking on a Zip file, as double clicking a Zip file has a different story!. So if a zip file contains malware or virus your computer won't be infected by virus until and unless you try to execute virus contained files. Also you can get inside the zip and have look at the files.
