Description

This is Cowboy Bebop Complete HEVC Encoded at 4,000kb/s rather than CRF. The reason for this HEVC encode is though there are many rips already uploaded, none are as close to bluray quality and as small as this one. Great compression here with minimal quality degradation. Both VLC and MPC-HC play these files without any issues.
