The OVA is a Japanese audio only Hardsub from Solar. It is the only available version.

May I ask why encode 10bit from a 8bit dvd?
Is impossible to improve or add 1 billion colors, and... very few have 10bit monitor to be able to watch it (even id there's a difference.
Because a 10 bit encode produces smaller files with better video. Things like gradients compress better with fewer / no artifacts.
