[Cerberus] Suisei no Gargantia (Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet) + Special + OVA [BD 1080p HEVC 10-bit AAC]

The encoding is hella busted on the current build of vlc.
It freezes or crashes at least once a minute.

Update your codec pack.
If that doesn't work then it means your pc is not powerful enough to run HEVC videos.

PSA - most releases and MAL page are misleading in calling specials "Episodes 14 and 15". They aren't named like that in Japanese and they're released on the first and the third BD volume respectively, making them Episode 4.5 and Episode 13.5 - watch them like that for the intended experience.
