Personal opinion:
I recommend skipping this OVA, the TV series tells the story so much better, and without the useless rival drama. But in any case,
watch the TV series first.

Rainbow, halo and noise reduction. Deshake. Some saturation boost (moderate on ep 1, light on eps 2-3).

"Virgin 24-year-old Masuo Fuguno is desperately in love with Nagisa Shiozaki, a 22-year-old kindergarten teacher. He is popular among the women,
but he truly only has eyes for Nagisa. However, he is a clumsy, thickheaded and gentle man and gets into trouble a lot. He ends up in situations
where it is easy for poor Nagisa to misinterpret what really happened." (ANN)
The episodes are roughly 7.5 minutes each.
Video notes:
Rainbow, halo and noise reduction. Deshake. Saturation boost on some episodes. Source video quality varied highly in 4-episode intervals,
from worst to best: 9-12 -> 1-4 -> 13-16 -> 5-8. Noise reduction and saturation adjustments were done per episode basis. The colors still look
pretty far from consistent throughout the series but I didn't want to go overboard with it.
