I thought I'd seen everything, but then I saw a few releases that exceeded 3 GBs per episode. I must consider myself fortunate for having witnessed a re-enactment of "The Emperor's New Clothes" during my lifetime.
I wonder if those 3gb episodes can outmatch these 1.5 gig episodes if we get to have a 100" UHD one day...
What are your views on that?
The only way they're outmatching anything, is if the extra 2 GBs is full of Granny's Secret Sauce =P
HaHa, I will verify that the day I own a 100" UHD TV
Rest assured. I own a projector capable of thrice the screensize you just mentioned =P This is the first time I'm seeing such a big release by even the groups in question. Does that suddenly mean their previous, much smaller releases are suddenly unworthy of a 100" UHD TV? =P
Thrice huh....
You are living the dream man!
Do you have ATMOS installed too?
Yep, life's great =)
No Atmos yet. It's an Epson EH-TW5200, that's how it looks - https://postimg.org/image/d0lkinb5f/ =)
Nice!
Allthough, I'd remove the water tanker from my field of vision.
p.s. It'd been cool if we were friends in real life, we share kinda same standards when it comes to quality.
the season 1 have not blu-ray version???
DBoy2020 : It does, we already did a v1 in 8-bit x264, Tri wants me to pick it up and give it the 10-bit HEVC treatment... consider it done :/
RedArrow : That's my bedroom, the projector set-up was temporary (it obviously can be set up anywhere and the hall's probably a better place). I'd have to sleepwalk all the way to the hall should I feel thirsty in the middle of the night (I often do) and I last used the projector a year back, so if anything, it's the projector that's got to go.
@Jdx64 Thanks a lot for these!!
I just had a question. Is there any place where I can post anime requests for DHD? It's because I was wondering if you'd pick-up Haikyuu (I think DHD has already done season 1) and Kuroko's Basketball.
In any case thanks or these, much appreciated.
You’re most welcome. Yes, we’ve done Haikyuu season 1, it’s here - https://nyaa.si/view/982370. We’ll pick up most of what gets put up on Asiandvd, when it gets released. You can make requests on the latest torrent we put up (it’s getting increasingly hard to keep a track of new comments on old torrents) so it’s the first we’d see. You could also drop by the channel and leave me a PM.
