Ep 12 is broken?

Episode 12 has a glitch. It stops playing at 2:41

Notes:

• both files were remuxed with original video/audio from Henshin to fix broken/missing video/audio;
• ep11: fixed ep title;
• ep12: merged subs with v2 (v3 fixed a single typo).

Video quality is the best I could find, pretty good.
Thanks Dvvarf for the patches. The batch script has a typo for episode 12, it should be xdelta3 -d instead of xdelta3 -e.
