My encode of the JPBD with Commie subtitles, sourced from Drag. Fixed dirty lines, rescale, denoise, dering, deband, grain. Restyled OP/ED (thanks to updates from Drag), retimed some dialogue, adjusted TS for consistency, and added a signs/songs track.
