[Sergio00166] Cyberpunk Edgerunners S02 (1080p WebRip AV1 OPUS) [Multi-Subs]

This encode aims to improve quality for 1080p SDR.
Netflix 1080p SDR is terrible, 1080p HDR saves it but its almost 3x bigger with no extra benefit.
Netflix 4K SDR (10bit) is the best, but its clearly upscaled from its native 1080p, but still benefits from higher bitrate and more sane compression.
Even the better 4K suffers from minor blocking and haloing, a bit unnatural sharpening, and the overcompressed noise acting as an weird backed texture.

Subtitles and main audio

The 4k source have passed for this filtering:
4K luma -> deblock qed -> minor CAS -> downscale to 1080p (hermite bicubic linear) -> small fine_dehalo
The chroma is also downscaled, to fit the YUV 4:2:0.
Plus FGS to readd the noise that was supposed to be there.

Then encoded with my fork of AutoBoost Av1an v1.67. (Settings on the metadata).
It is not perfect thought, but still a bit better.
