Can someone explain what "changed the grain type" means here? And what about the "filtered OP" - isn't this just a WEB-DL?

@zygoptera this is an encode. Idk off the top of my head what "changed the grain type" means, but filtered OP basically just means they did some more specific edits on the OP compared to the rest of the episode.
