Video Notes:
Repaired debanding and restored detail using delowpassed USBD and CR where possible.
Cleaned up chroma ringing in the ED. It is not a lowpass so standard methods are not viable.
Web sources have a constant green tint that is most easily visible in darker scenes.
JPBD is warmer but color grading has been left untouched in the absence of any source with known good colors.

Subtitle Notes:
Episode 12 contains dozens of redrawn and adjusted scenes compared to web.
Added typesetting to one sign to account for these changes.
