Meet the show likely conceived on the island lol. tbf tho its actually not too bad, just somewhat generic Magical Girl bs but with Illya von Einsbern.
Gonna be doing the entire series as the rest are lowpassed, but might as well start with the first.

Fixes:
- Increased chroma_qb_offset from -11 to -3
- Adjusted rescale to be more accurate
- Added Color information to video track
- Removed unused fonts
