Theoretical best: YURASUKA+Virtuality*
YURASUKA is JPN BD Encode+Restyled Virtuality (CR with OP/ED TL and improved TS) with increased margins on the OP/ED and missing fonts/glyphs fixed. There's some instances of broken TS though CR seem to have originally typeset on an outdated master that didn't match the airing video, resulting in some TS mismatches. They have since updated the TS to match the airing (and BD) version, however downgraded the video to the outdated master in the process, so the TS is mismatched again. Virtuality looks to have fixed most of it, but there's still a few changes that can be made *Use the fixes from YURASUKA and updates from CR. Also looks like matrix needs to be set to 601, and some signs need their perspective fixed E08 8:09 Wash your hands and gargle after going outside! -> On Duty Next Week: Bruse the Destroyer E08 15:20 Momokon -> Mokokon E09 2:32 Add TS "That Evening" (Can adapt from another sign) E09 5:29 Add TS "'Tis Time for "Torture" Princess" (Can take from another episode midcard) E09 5:38 Chief Battle Officer -> On Duty This Weekend E09 15:33: Make TS a few frames shorter
