The adorable girls of Ousui Academy's student council consists of otaku president Rokuonji Kaoruko; headstrong Sakuragi R. Ashe; quiet computer programmer Narumi Toa; and Toa's best friend, the impish Miyase Mihiro. They are always seeking something to keep them entertained when their crush, Narumi Kouki isn't around, and that gets them into amusing—and sometimes risqué—hijinks at their school and around town.
