Theoretical best: USA BD+?
Datte13 is neko-raws+Restyled AC (Modified LR (Modified Commie (Fansub based on official))). Ending segments have ESL dub transcriptions on the signs track All the BDs are poor, the JPN BD is lowpassed and spammed with grain and the USA and FRA BDs are full of banding and chroma shifted. None of the encodes are helping matters either. With MPV Deband however, the USA BD becomes a viable option and the least evil way to watch Not sure what these groups have actually changed over Commie, OP/ED styling looks to be a downgrade, apparently some typesetting? Might as well check before muxing
